We have had a proprietary rose marine finish with Ludwig for many years, and we are now offering a new exclusive finish based on this color, but with a darker shade to the rose. This will be a tribute to Ludwig's finish that was offered in the 30s. This is a lovely fade from a darker rose marine pearl, to white marine pearl, to darker rose marine pearl. Essentially like a pearl "duco".

We now have a pre-production sample of the finish, and will soon begin production. Lead times are still to be determined but no longer than 6 months, but likely sooner. Now is a good time to get in the queue. This finish will be available exclusively through us and can be ordered on Ludwig Classic Maple, Legacy Maple, and Legacy Mahogany. We will be stocking these in Classic Maple and can special-order the Legacy series for you.
